This section explains how to get around in the Partnerflow Portal.
Partnerflow is deployed on a separate instance for each customer. Customer's IT Administrator should be contacted for user details.
Partnerflow is a web application, accesible from any modern browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) on PC, mobile phone or tablet. Each customer has an unique URL which will open Partnerflow's instance for said customer.
Because it is a web application on the internet, no VPN is needed, making it possible to access the system from anywhere, on any device.
Users are created in the BTP instance. User crendentials are provided once a user is created by a Solution Administrator or a Solution Manager with access to create other users. For more information, see User Management.
You can always recover your password using the Forgot Password? option in the login page.
