User Types

These are the user types available in the Partnerflow solution:

User Type	Description
Basic Participant	This user type performs basic functions, such as initiating new workflow requests or participating in on-going workflow requests that are assigned to them. Examples: Employee that needs to request a new vendor Vendor contact that needs to provide information to set up his account Sales Director who needs to approve any new Customers See Basic Functions
Solution Manager	This user type has responsibility to monitor the overall solution to make sure that Business Partners are processed in a timely and accurate manner. They look out for exceptions, errors, or requests that have been idle for too long. Examples: Master Data Administrator Customer Fulfillment Lead Sourcing Lead See Solution Administration
Solution Administrator	This is typically an IT/technical resource who is responsible for configuring the solution and troubleshooting any technical errors. Examples: IT analyst responsible for Master Data Customer Fulfillment Lead See Solution Management
